Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a nice view from the rooms, but they are small with no AC or fan, and the finishes are not the best. The service is polite but seems disconnected from the intended standard, with improvements promised only after complaints. The location is great for peace and dining options. The dining experience is good, catering well with a European style menu. The facilities overall are satisfactory.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, right by the water and within walking distance of great restaurants. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The dining options left a little to be desired, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.
Let me tell you about my stay at this hotel. The rooms, well, they are designed by a somewhat self-indulgent architect but have a modern industrial feel that's super cool. There's just a small amount of extra space for your bags, but wait until you hear about the skate bowl next to the hotel, perfect for your longboard or skateboard. The service was exceptional; they moved us to a Suite when they heard about our unhappiness and promised to improve breakfast. However, the bar and restaurant staff were a bit less friendly. As for the location, it's amazing, near the waterfront with beautiful sunset views, close to great restaurants and even a skate park. The dining experience helped fuel us for the day, with high-quality options, although ordering off a menu would be nice. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
